Cru New Haven Winter Conference FAQ's

Here’s how to register for the
New Haven, CT Winter Conference and apply for a scholarship:

Register for
the conference at cruwinterconference.com/locations/#northeast
After
you have registered for the conference and placed a $50 deposit, you
can apply for a $50, $75 or $100 scholarship (or more) at
tinyurl.com/CruWCscholarships
Once
the scholarship is approved you will be notified and your final balance
due for the conference will be reduced.

Where	Omni New Haven Hotel at Yale, 155 Temple Street, New Haven, CT 06510
Who	WSU Cru students plus Cru students from New England campuses Last year over 600 students from New England attended.
Activities	Excellent Bible teaching, worship, quality time alone with God and with friends. There may be a time of outreach or community service
Schedule	Cruwinterconference.com/locations/#northeast . Click the “Schedule” button.
Cost	$ 259 Bring funds for meals for 3 days or bring food. The registration cost includes the conference and lodging. It does not include food. Non-drivers please bring $10 to help with gas & tolls (if able)
Carpool	Depart 3 PM, Jan. 30, 2025 from the parking lot in front of the WSU Interfaith Center Commuters may park their car at Smyth’s (11 Dickens Dr. in Westfield, MA). Return to Westfield the afternoon of Feb. 2, 2025.

Pack	Casual clothes (layers recommended). Sneakers (for outdoor walking). Jacket, hat, gloves & sunglasses (you may spend time outside). Bible, pen, journal. Toiletries, medicines, phone charger. Games (optional) for recreation times. Pack in duffle bags or back packs (if able) as trunk space may be small.
Meals	Meals are NOT included. Bring funds for food for 3 days, or bring food.
WSU Cru leader on site	Our WSU Cru coach Chris West will meet us when we arrive at the Conference. Chris is amazing. You will love getting to know him and he is looking forward to seeing us! Chris will lead the WSU Cru breakout sessions. You can call Chris anytime with questions and needs that arise. Your parents are also welcome to call Chris if they have questions about the Winter Conference. Chris West’s # is 603-252-0087 Randy and Diana Smyth will drive students to and from the conference but cannot attend.
